Will it delete my bookmarks or passwords?
No. The cleaner only clears cache and old session files.
Is secure erase safe for selling a computer?
It's a good first pass for chosen files and is most reliable on regular hard drives. To wipe a whole extra drive, use Deep Format - it is never allowed on the Windows drive. To wipe the Windows drive itself or an SSD, use Windows' Reset this PC with Clean the drive.
